KEEPING AHEAD OF THE MARKET - JULY MEETING RESULTS

Running to keep up with the market trends

A very successful July meeting held at Val's house.

Two of our share companies had very positive articles written about them in the papers during July. Reach and Dechra .

All shares discussed and held. But the decision was made to lock in some profit on our Genus shares which raised £2,600. This gave us £4000+ to spend on shares this month.

This is good as we love spending our money :-)

Discussions were held on investigative reports for future investing

Smith and Nephew - good solid company - safe share

Science in Sport - Held this share before and sold it. Should we rebuy after Mello presentation recommended it?

Ocado - Now using robots at its warehouses. M&S on board.

Agronomics - AIM listed artificial meat company based in Isle of Man. A big gainer. One to watch.

Decision to buy £2000 each of Ocado and Science in Sport.

Keeping a close eye on Agronomics to discuss next month.

Ocado is a British online supermarket that describes itself as 'the world's largest dedicated online grocery retailer'. In contrast to its main competitors, the company has no chain of stores and does all home deliveries from its warehouses. The company was floated on the London Stock Exchange on 21 July 2010.

SiS (Science in Sport®) Limited is a leading sports nutrition company that develops, manufactures, and markets innovative sports supplements and nutrition products.

A few shares were swapped around for others to manage - this gives a fresh outlook for reporting next month.

I'm off to enjoy the sunshine - see you in August
