AGRONOMICS:  Agronomics is a leading venture capital and investment company focused on cellular agriculture, cultivated meat, and precision fermentation.

The China Dolls invested in Agronomics over 20 years ago, but sold all our holding 10 years ago when the share remained static and we felt it would take years for this company to develop its ideas.

Then after a rush of blood to the head in August 2025 after reading a promising article on Agronomics, we decided to get back on board! We should have stuck with our initial decision as we are now 33% down on our relatively small investmet. We'll hang on in there for the time being. https://www.agronomics.im/

BHP:

BHP has shifted its primary earnings driver from iron ore to copper for the first time, with copper accounting for 54% of the group's underlying EBITDA in fiscal year 2026 The company announced a 9% rise in annual profits to $9.83 billion. driven primarily by record high copper prices. The China Dolls are showing a 60% paper profit on this share holding.

Share price at the time of writing 3508 - a staggering 1,448% rise over the past year.

One to hold.

CORNISH METALS:  The company completed a £57.4 million fundraising effort backed by Vision Blue Resources and the UK's National Wealth Fund, leaving it with strong short-term assets to cover operational milestones. 

 Progress remains centered on dewatering and shaft refurbishment at the South Crofty tin project, with full mine dewatering slated for early 2027 and initial production targeted for mid-2028.

The average 12-month share price forecast for Cornish Metals ranges from an analyst consensus target of approximately 151.00 GBX up to around 243.25 GBX, reflecting a strong buy rating.

The China Dolls has a very small amount invested in this company which, at the moment, is showing a 7% loss. However, after reading positive reports for future growth, we may decide to invest a little more. Share price at the time of writing 111p

FILTRONIC: What has happened to this share price! Elon Musk has a lot to answer for.

In May 2026 the share price was sitting at 469 - today the share price is 236

Filtronic shares surged significantly on the back of its multi-million dollar SpaceX partnership, any political friction or news surrounding Elon Musk directly triggers high volatility in its share price.

However: Filtronic secured a landmark $62.5 million (£47.3 million) order from SpaceX in late 2025 for next-generation gallium nitride E-band technology to support the Starlink constellation, with material product deliveries and revenues scheduled across financial years 2027 and 2028. Hopefully this will reflect in the share price over the next couple of years.
