So now I'll write a summary of the first four companies, giving just a short synopsis of what they do.
So in alphabetical order:
ABF
Associated British Foods part of the Weston Family Empire. It includes Primark, Twinings Tea, Ovaltine, Allied Bakeries, A company producing sugar and beet for ethinol a Grocery division including Vinegars, Sauces and Spices.
BHP BILLITON
One of the largest mining companies in the world. Aims to be a responsible and ethical business. Anglo Australian.
CLOUDCALL (AIM share)
Provides software and cloud services. The company develops and provides a suite of cloud based software products and services for organisations to use their communications more effectively.
CRODA
Croda is the name behind the high performance ingredients and technologies in some of the biggest, most successful brands in the world: creating, making and selling speciality chemicals that are relied on by industries and consumers everywhere. The company was founded in 1925. It has 4000+ employees across 18 manufacturing sites in over 30 countries and HQ is in Goole, East Yorkshire. We call this "granny's share" as Hazel's grandmother invested into it years ago! It's done us proud.
